RNA Isolation Kit provides a rapid, reliable, and efficient method for the extraction of high-quality total RNA from a variety of biological samples. The kit utilizes a silica membrane-based spin column technology that ensures selective binding of RNA under optimized buffer conditions. Cellular components are lysed, and contaminants such as proteins, genomic DNA, and other impurities are efficiently removed through wash steps. The purified RNA is eluted in RNase-free water, making it suitable for sensitive downstream applications. The protocol is simple, reproducible, and can be completed within 20–30 minutes.

Samples are lysed using a chaotropic lysis buffer that inactivates RNases and releases RNA. Ethanol is added to facilitate binding of RNA to the silica membrane in the spin column. Under high-salt conditions, RNA selectively binds to the membrane, while impurities are removed through wash buffers. Optional DNase treatment can be performed to eliminate genomic DNA contamination. Finally, pure RNA is eluted using RNase-free water and is ready for downstream applications.
