ProCyto 100 bp DNA Ladder can be used to determine the size and approximate quantification of double-stranded DNA in the range of 100 bp to 1500 bp. The uniform intensity of the bands, coupled with distinct bright reference bands, facilitates accurate sizing and orientation during gel electrophoresis. Furthermore, the defined quantity of DNA within each band enables the approximate quantification of experimental DNA samples.
100 bp DNA Ladder consists of twelve purified DNA fragments and has reference bands at 1000, and 500 bp with increased intensity for easy detection.
