ProCyto 1 kb DNA Ladder can be used to determine the size and approximate quantification of double-stranded DNA in the range of 250 bp to 9900 bp. The uniform intensity of the bands, coupled with distinct bright reference bands, facilitates accurate sizing and orientation during gel electrophoresis. Furthermore, the defined quantity of DNA within each band enables the approximate quantification of experimental DNA samples.1 kb DNA Ladder consists of thirteen purified DNA fragments and has reference bands at 700, and 2600 bp with increased intensity for easy detection.
