ProCyto Labs organized the Summer Innovation School Programme to provide school students with practical exposure to biotechnology, innovation, and modern laboratory techniques. The programme included interactive sessions, laboratory demonstrations, and hands-on learning activities aimed at introducing students to the fundamentals of scientific research and innovation-driven healthcare technologies. Through this initiative, students gained first-hand experience of working in a real laboratory environment while developing scientific curiosity, creativity, and awareness about emerging opportunities in the field of life sciences and biotechnology. The programme also featured expert talks by eminent professors from prestigious institutes including IIT and Harvard, providing students with valuable insights into advanced scientific research, innovation, and global academic opportunities. Additionally, an industrial visit to CIPET, Bhubaneswar was organized to give participants exposure to industrial technologies, research infrastructure, and real-world applications of science and innovation.
